I can be contacted via email or telephonically during standard business hours. Email is my preferred method of communication.
When clients would like to speak telephonically, they are asked to leave a WhatsApp message, and I will get back to them as soon as I am able.
I limit my WhatsApp communication to the scheduling arrangements of sessions (logistics) and ask that all other communication takes place in session, or via telephone/email.
In terms of communication in the case where the client is a minor, both parents need to be copied into all communication for transparency. As such, this communication should take place via email or in a session with both parents present. Parents are asked to respect and commit to this requirement.
